SFAC is proudly owned by Carlos Porro and Lourdes Porro, who have dedicated their careers to maintaining the highest standards in HVAC service and customer care. Our company was incorporated in Florida as a Subchapter “S” Corporation on April 21, 1986, and operates from our headquarters in Doral, Florida, where we manage a fleet of 12 fully equipped service vehicles.
